
Ben is a senior UX consultant with over 15 years' experience of working in user research and design for health, finance, government and education clients. He has worked for clients like the University of Bristol, the NHS, Nationwide Building Society, and Confused.com. Skilled in UX research, digital product design and usability testing, Ben takes a practical, interdisciplinary approach to solving complex design challenges. His expertise spans everything from requirements gathering and interaction design to prototyping and user testing.
Ben has a strong academic background in computer science and linguistics including: User Experience Design for the Web at UCLA in California, MPhil in Computer Speech and Language Processing at the University of Cambridge (2001), and an MSc in Computing at Oxford Brookes University. He also holds a first class BA degree in Chinese (first class).
